We are seeking a dedicated individual to oversee the daily operations at our Mississauga location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
• Establish work schedules and procedures.
• Perform duties similar to those of the workers supervised.
• Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery; arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
• Requisition materials and supplies.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• 7 months to less than 1 year of experience.
• Proficiency in English.
