We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure smooth operations at our Markham location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits.
• Develop budget to determine costs of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen, and cleaning supplies.
• Evaluate daily operations and monitor revenues to determine labor costs.
• Monitor staff performance and plan daily operations.
• Recruit, supervise, train, and schedule staff.
• Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and conduct performance reviews.
• Cost products and services, organize inventory, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers and clients.
• Address customer complaints and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• 5 years or more of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in English with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and reliably as part of a team.
