We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee our organizational policies and programs. This role involves strategic allocation of resources, establishment of major departments, and representation of the organization in official functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
• Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions.
• Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
• Represent the organization in negotiations or delegate representatives.
• Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and create optimum working conditions.
• Establish financial and administrative controls and approve promotional campaigns.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• College/CEGEP education.
• 2 to less than 3 years of experience.
• Excellent oral communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to supervise 5-10 people.
• Bondable with experience in a fast-paced environment.
