We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to lead our social and community service programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct, evaluate, and plan the delivery of social and community service programs.
• Hire and train staff, both professional and non-professional.
• Administer programs for membership organizations and NGOs.
• Manage operations and activities of social and community centres.
• Develop policies and contingency plans to minimize security breaches.
• Represent the organization for government liaison and media relations.
• Participate in policy development by preparing reports and briefs.
• Plan, administer, and control budgets for projects and services.
• Resolve conflict situations and coordinate work activities with other managers.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• 5 years or more of experience in a related field.
• College/CEGEP education.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Driver's validity license check and vulnerable sector check required.
