We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to operate machinery in our rubber products manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and tend machinery for mixing, calendering, extruding, moulding, and curing rubber materials.
• Inspect and ensure product quality and conformance to specifications.
• Train or assist in training other workers.
• Operate machines to cut, shape, and form rubber parts or finished products.
• Make minor adjustments or repairs to machinery and products.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Must pass a criminal record check and medical exam.
