We are seeking a dedicated and skilled cook to join our team at our Blue Mountains location. If you are passionate about Italian cuisine and have a knack for creating delicious meals, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Determine the size of food portions and costs.
• Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization.
• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
• Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas.
• Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.
• Order supplies and equipment.
• Supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
• Clean kitchen and work areas.
• Manage kitchen operations.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• 2 years to less than 3 years of experience.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically demanding tasks including standing for extended periods.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Client focus, organized, reliable, team player, and time management skills.
