Position Overview:

1. Developing authentic relationships with our clients by assessing their needs, making personalized product recommendations
2. Working in an indoor and outdoor retail environment
3. Various shift times
4. Assisting all customers including do it yourself, contractors, and retail customers
5. Maintaining a flexible work schedule including weekend and holiday availability.
6. Maintain the spirit of ownership by demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
7. Educating customers on products
8. Maintain a high degree of product knowledge and expertise
9. Become an ambassador for our brand, products, and services
10. Represent the company and its image of excellence in customer service and public relations with homeowners, industry, and the community
11. Maintaining and developing new contractor relationships

Qualifications:

1. Experience in a customer service/ sales environment
2. Experience in landscape and/or design environment an asset
3. Superior ability to build positive customer relationships
4. Fast-paced experience an asset
5. Above average communication skills
6. Passionate and energetic
7. Fast-paced experience an asset
8. Knowledge of POS (Point of Sale) systems and Microsoft Office
9. Willingness to learn a broad scope of products/ services
10. Must be able to work with a minimum amount of supervision

Working Conditions:

1. Flexible work schedule
