Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet and register patients efficiently while ensuring accurate data entry and maintaining confidentiality.

3. Coordinate with healthcare professionals to manage patient flow and appointment scheduling.
4. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient inquiries and concerns professionally.

Requirements/Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in a related field is an asset.
2. Successful completion of Medical Terminology course
3. Previous experience in a healthcare setting or similar administrative role is preferred.
