Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team.
2. Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for a diverse patient population.

4. Engage in health promotion and disease prevention strategies to improve patient outcomes.

Requirements/Qualifications:

1. Current registration as a Nurse Practitioner with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
2. Master’s degree in Nursing or equivalent education and experience.
3. Proven clinical experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a hospital environment.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to patient care.
5. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
6. Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.
