Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide high-quality personal care and support to patients, ensuring their comfort and safety.
2. Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
3. Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to the healthcare team.
4. Support patients with mobility and exercise routines as directed by healthcare professionals.
5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of care provided.
6. Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare staff to deliver comprehensive care.
7. Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to infection control protocols.

Requirements/Qualifications:

1. Completion of a recognized Personal Support Worker program.
2. Current certification in CPR and First Aid.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.
7. Previous experience in a healthcare setting is an asset.
