Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards.
2. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
3. Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the healthcare team promptly.
4. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
5. Educate patients and their families about health conditions and post-discharge care.

Requirements/Qualifications:

1. Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario as a Registered Practical Nurse.
2. Proven experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a hospital environment.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and team members.
