Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide Comprehensive Care: Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients within the Mobile Crisis Response Team, ensuring their safety and well-being.
2. Crisis Intervention: Respond promptly to crisis situations in collaboration with OPP Nipissing West Detachment, utilizing your expertise to de-escalate and manage emergencies effectively.
3. Collaborative Case Management: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans for patients.
4. Patient Advocacy: Advocate for patients' needs and rights, ensuring they receive appropriate and compassionate care.
5. Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.

Requirements/Qualifications:

1. Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) Certification: Must hold a valid RPN certification in Ontario.
2. Experience: Previous experience in crisis intervention, mental health, or case management is highly desirable.
3. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
