Job Opening: Experienced Accounting Specialist

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our team at Wolfhead Distillery & Timberwolf Forest Products. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and process Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
2. Accurately handle Payroll processing and reporting
3. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
4. Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
5. Communicate effectively with vendors, employees, and management

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll
2. Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
3. Excellent organizational and time-management skills
4. Proficiency in accounting Sage software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
