You will be responsible for ensuring quality and taste, catering to customers with food allergies, and preparing special meals as instructed by dietitians or chefs. Your role will also involve inspecting kitchens, training staff, ordering supplies, supervising kitchen helpers, maintaining inventory, and managing kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes.
• Cater to customers with food allergies or intolerances.
• Prepare special meals for patients as instructed.
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas.
• Train kitchen staff in food preparation and handling.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to handle heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
